[SLAY-3178] Progress dropped to 99% when progress weightings are enabled

We are currently aware of an Issue where the progress has dropped to 99% for some Learners on the system when they have 100% completion on every unit.

This is currently being investigated by our Development Team.

Workaround:

Disable Progress weightings within your centre settings and resave the learners unit page. 

This will remove all weightings from all your learners until the setting is enabled again.

As soon as we have further information on this one we'll let you know.
