[SIM-3116] Courses not loading on Internet Explorer 11

Description: VLE Courses aren't loading for users on IE 11

Workaround: The current workaround is to use another browser such as Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge.

We'll keep you updated on the progress made to resolve this.
