Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Server Error when creating users on Practice

Some users may experience an issue where an error appears when creating users on the Practice area.

The user accounts are still created.

Workaround: Contact our Support team if you would like us to set you up on our BETA area.

We'll keep you updated on the progress made to resolve this.
