RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Enrol to release new features, enhancements & fixes

New features and enhancements

Enrol

•  A new field has been added to the Learners Record - Enrol Status. This field is a drop down showing the following values :- Withdrawn, Enrolled or In Progress
Any new record will have the "In Progress status.

•  If a user is defined as a Tutor then within the Employer Form they are no longer able to delete. The icon is shown but greyed out.
The delete functionality is only available for Super Admin and Admin Roles

•  If a user is defined as a Tutor then within the Form Template Form they are no longer able to :-
- Delete a form
- Edit a Form.
- Create a Form
- Copy a Form

The icons are shown but greyed out.
All functionality is available for Super Admin and Admin Roles

•  If a user is defined as a Tutor then within the Learner Form they are no longer able to :-
- Delete Learners
- Add New Learners
- Import Learners
- Transfer Learners
The icons are shown but greyed out.

• If a user is defined as a Tutor within the Review Forms Option they are no longer able to :-
- Delete a form

Fixes

Enrol

There was an issue that date fields when output in the PDF were showing in American Format. This has been fixed and they are now in UK date format
