We're currently aware of an issue where users are experiencing a delay in receiving emails from OneFile products. For example password reset emails.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.
I'm pleased to confirm this has now been resolved.
