EPortfolio: Target progress showing 0% (SLAY-7836)

We’re currently aware of an issue where learners are showing as 0% target progress
The workaround is to turn on "Enable learning aim and unit weightings" within center settings as a Centre manager and then turn the setting off.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.
