Change the Appeals Procedure

Overview

If your centre has updated its appeals procedure, you can upload the new version in the Resources area and remove the old one. Only one file can be marked as the official Appeals Procedure at a time.

  • Assessor

Centre Settings

No additional centre settings are required to update the Appeals Procedure.


How to Upload a New Appeals Procedure

Step 1: Open the Resources Area

  • Click Resources in the navigation menu.

Step 2: Upload the New File

  • Click the Upload File icon.
  • Click Choose File and browse for the new Appeals Procedure document.
  • Enter a File Description.
  • Tick the checkboxes for any users who must sign the Appeals Procedure.
  • Tick This is the appeals procedure.
  • Click Upload.

Note: Only one document can be marked as the Appeals Procedure at any time.


How to Remove the Old Appeals Procedure

Step 1: Edit the Old File

  • Click the Edit icon next to the old Appeals Procedure file.
  • Untick all boxes, including This is the appeals procedure and Who Must Sign.
  • Click Save.

Step 2: Delete the Old File

  • Tick the checkbox next to the original Appeals Procedure.
  • Click the Delete icon.

✅ Tip: Before deleting the old file, ensure the new Appeals Procedure has been correctly uploaded and assigned.
