How do I enable and change my email alert preferences?

To change your email alert settings, follow the steps below:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Profile
  3. Click Email Preferences

If you have multiple email addresses linked to your account, you can use the Email Alerts checkbox to determines whether you'll recieve any email to that email address or not.

Password Reset Emails

You'll always receive password reset emails to the primary email address, even if you've turned off email alerts

Adhoc Alerts

Tick Adhoc Alerts to recieve emails when something happens in OneFile, for example, when you're sent a message, or assigned a task.

Daily Digest

Tick the checkboxes for the days you'd like to receive a Daily Digest email. These emails contain an overview of useful information, including:

  • Tasks to do
  • Unread messages
  • Reviews Upcoming (Assessors Only)
  • Reviews Overdue (Assessors Only)
  • Learners Added/Removed from Caseload (Assessors and IQAs Only)

Completion Alerts

Tick the checkboxes for the days you'd like to receive a Daily Digest email. These emails contain an overview of useful information, including:

  • When any of my learners complete a learning aim (Assessors and IQAs)
  • When any of my learners complete their portfolio (Assessors and IQAs)
  • When any learner completes a learning aim (Centre Managers, Centre Monitors, User Managers)
  • When any learner completes their portfolio (Centre Managers, Centre Monitors, User Managers)

Completion Alerts

Completion Alerts are automatically generated when a learning aim or portfolio is completed. These are sent as messages from the learner's account, so will appear as a message in the learner's sent messages area.
