Overview
Rating Scales are used in Onefile to support standardisation and consistent judgement of learner performance. Once created, a rating scale can be linked to standards and used throughout your quality assurance processes.
Who Can Use This Feature?
- Centre Manager
Centre Settings
No additional centre settings are required to create a Rating Scale.
Steps to Create a Rating Scale
Step 1: Navigate to Rating Scales
- Click Quality in the navigation bar.
- Select Scorecard Rating Scales.
Step 2: Create a New Rating Scale
- Click Create.
- Click New Template to change the title of the rating scale.
Step 3: Add Rating Values
- Create rating values for your scale.
- Click the + icon to add additional ratings as needed.
Step 4: Publish the Rating Scale
- Click Publish when you are ready to make the scale available for use.
