Overview
All team members can download exported files directly from the Exports area. Exports remain available for 14 days and can be downloaded in multiple file formats, including CSV, PDF, and JSON.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- All team members
How to View and Download Exported Files
- Click Exports from the navigation menu.
- Find the export you want to download.
- Click the download icon to save the file to your PC or device.
File Types
The following file types can be exported:
- CSV
- .JSON
Exported files are stored for 14 days, during which they can be downloaded at any time.
Additional Information
You can download learner Skills Assessment scores as a .JSON file and upload these scores directly to the learner’s Scorecard.
