Overview
This feature allows all Eportfolio users to delete messages from their account.
Important: Unread messages and messages linked to a task cannot be deleted.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- All Eportfolio users
Steps to Delete Messages
- Click the Messages icon at the top-right of your screen.
- Click View All.
- Select the messages you want to delete.
- From the drop-down menu, choose Delete Selected.
- Click Submit.
Result: The selected messages are removed from your account.
Important Information
- Unread messages cannot be deleted.
- Messages associated with a task cannot be deleted.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Delete option not available | Ensure the message is read and not linked to a task. |
| Message still visible after deletion | Refresh the page or clear filters. |
