On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Assign a Delivery Plan to learners

Assigning Delivery Plans to Learners

Overview

Delivery Plans can be assigned to learners either through a Framework Template or directly to an individual learner. The availability of these options depends on Centre settings and user permissions within Onefile Eportfolio.

Permissions

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles (with permission):

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager
  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

Centre Setting

  • Enable Delivery Plans must be enabled.

Required Permission

  • Can manage learner's delivery plans

Steps

Assigning a Delivery Plan Through a Framework Template

You can assign Delivery Plans to learners by using a Framework Template. Guidance on creating and assigning Framework Templates can be found #here.

Assigning a Delivery Plan to an Individual Learner

Delivery Plans can also be created or assigned directly to an individual learner. Full guidance on creating a learner‑specific Delivery Plan can be found #here.

Tips & Notes

  • Framework Templates are the quickest way to assign Delivery Plans to multiple learners.
  • Individual Delivery Plans allow for personalised, learner‑specific content.
  • Permissions must be granted before users can manage Delivery Plans.
