Overview
Admin can import programmes directly from Enrol into Enrol Onboarding. This allows programmes already created in Enrol to be reused within the Onboarding Module and selected in workflows, without recreating them manually.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
Steps to import programmes from Enrol
- Click Programmes from the left menu
- Click Import Programmes
- Select programme(s) you wish to import
- Click Import Programmes
- Programmes will appear in the Programmes list.
✅ Tip: Any users link to the programme that do not exist in Onboarding Module will be create automatically as part of the import.
