Overview
You can now clone published Funding Calculators using the new Clone option. This allows Client Owners to quickly duplicate an existing calculator, with all key settings copied automatically. Cloning saves time and reduces the amount of manual setup required when creating new versions.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Client Owner
Steps to Clone a Calculator
- Click Manage Standards.
- Click the three dots next to the Standard you want to use.
- Click Calculators.
- Click the three dots next to the published version of the calculator.
- Click Clone.
- Make any required amendments to the cloned calculator.
Once saved, the cloned calculator will behave as a new version and can be assigned to applicants as needed.
Tips & Notes
- Cloning preserves all existing settings, groups, and configurations.
- You can make changes before finalising the cloned version if you need to update weightings or criteria.
- The cloned calculator will not affect any existing applicants using the previous version.
