These learners will not appear in Enrol Onboarding, if you'd like to move the learners from Enrol to Enrol Onboarding, you'll need create them within Enrol Onboarding.
Why Don't Existing Learners Pull Through?
Enrol Onboarding is intended to support the initial setup process only. Existing learners already have profiles and data within the Enrol system, so they are not reprocessed through Onboarding to avoid duplication or overwriting of information.
