RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to fix a few bugs and release some new features. 

NEW & IMPROVED

Eportfolio

Centre Managers can archive Timesheet categories
Added new column Standard Name to scorecard report; learners who are assigned to more than one scorecard will now appear per scorecard
Multiple Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) improvements to make sure OneFile is accessible for everyone. WCAG is a set of requirements that ensures OneFile is accessible by everyone, regardless of age or disability

Courses

Learners are able to expand and collapse modules within a course

FIXES

Eportfolio

Learner search now shows updates to the learner’s account name
Users can now access Notes report
Portfolios will now download if units and form titles contain characters like /*?:"|<>
Users can now add attachments to forms before all mandatory fields are complete

Learning journal

Learners will no longer receive error 500 on the journal if the Timesheet category has been edited

Scorecard

Scorecard overview report now shows when the learner is assigned to more than one scorecard
