Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:

NEW & IMPROVED

Eportfolio

• Improved BKSB function

• Reports for Per Seat usage, Journal, Off-The-Job, Timesheets and ILP to include ULN Number.

Learning Hub

• New fields have been added into the Scorecard Overview report

RPL

• Duration and visits will automatically be adjusted based on an applicant's skills assessment

FIXES

Eportfolio

• Re-submission tasks return to Archived Assessors

• Records per page drop down menu on Assessment Templates page

• BKSB Reform Assessments not being pulled across via the integration
