On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Eportfolio 

  • Added Assign To field for Register Sessions on API 

  • Added Off-The-Job data to User.CSV in data exports

  • Learner Template forms now visible to all users 

Learning Hub – Learning Journal

  • Amended welcome text on Learning Journal 

RPL – Funding Calculator

  • Bespoke standard names now displayed identical to Eportfolio 

  • Client Owners receive emails to notify about application usage and upcoming subscription renewals 

  • The account verification link will now expire after 72 hours 

  • Client Owners can view their subscription details, including application usage, subscription renewal date and previous history 

FIXES

Eportfolio

  • NDAQ code added to Add Learning Aims for per-seat customers 

  • Learner Episodes can be cloned 

  • Recipients can be selected within Messages when using Internet Explorer 11 

  • Clicking the help icon while on the Tasks page generates an empty Activity Task 

  • Tasks returning to assessor that created plan regardless of the centre setting being disabled "Always send tasks to sign assessments to the assessor that created the assessment plan" 

  • Timesheet entries now show correct time depending on the country the user posted from 

  • Text formatting in timesheet entry does not persist 

Learning Hub – Courses

  • Error occurred trying to create Category 

  • Video page not copying over when criteria not linked 

  • Unable to filter by Category 

  • Error when trying to add image/video to quiz question 

  • Error when trying to click edit pencil on content pages 

  • Error when adding videos and images on custom page 

  • Change required as part of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 

  • Imported courses from another centre didn’t pull through mapped criteria which results in no progress being generated

  • Duplicate answers being displayed for learner when they complete quiz after initially failing it
