Software Update: Friday 30th July 2021 7:00-7:30am

On Friday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

ILR

• Removed the navigation buttons on the footer page 

• Added the Funding adjustment and Other Funding adjustment on Standard/Program - Program aim or Component learning aim within a program 

• Applied the new XML ILR format based on 21-22 funding year for Prior Attainment field changes. 

ILR - In order to attend the new ILR funding year (21-22) starting 1st Aug (Funding model 36 - Apprenticeship): 

• Applied the following changes Source of Funding indicators field: 
  SOF 118 Sheffield City Region Combined Authority 
  SOF 119 West Yorkshire Combined Authority 

• Changed the character limit from 3 to 4 characters for the Apprenticeship Pathway field: 

• Added a new field ‘Learner has been made redundant’ on the Learner/Employment Page 

• The previous Prior attainment field has been removed. 

• Added a new ‘Prior attainment’ item menu on the left side menu of Learner tab - this new page contains two new fields: Prior Level and Date applies from 

• Changed the import XML ILR functionality to use the new format of ILR file (21-22 funding year) 

• Implemented a feature which will migrate all learners to the new format to adhere to the 21-22 funding year

• Client owners can now view all applicants even if they have the tutor role assigned to them
