Software Update: Thursday 2nd September 2021 - 07:00-07:30

On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements, and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Enrol

• Training providers can fill in form fields before sending to learners and employers 

• Guidance on adding logo’s to forms updated 

ILR 

• The planned hours field is only available within the programme/standard aim 

• Actual off the job field is no longer mandatory to mark a learner record as ready  

FIXES 

RPL 

• The funding calculator will not show incorrect figures if the weightings are not changed from the default  

Learning Hub – Learning Journal 

• Timesheet entries created from the Learning Journal will no longer show a 1-hour discrepancy 

ILR 

• Campus Identifier field can be deleted  

• Date in Prior Attainment field cannot be saved if this date is before the learner's date of birth
