Software Update: Wednesday 10th November 2021- 07:00-07:30am

On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features and improvements: 

NEW & IMPROVED 

Enrol

• Training providers can send forms back to an applicant or employer to make changes 

ILR

• Archive button hidden from the reports page 

• On the Learning Delivery tab within a Learner record, the below Programme fields have been added: 

• Active Programme  
• Idle Programmes 
• Archived Programmes 

• On the Learning Delivery tab within a Learner record, the ability to add a new Programme  when a previous Programme  was withdrawn or a break in learning  
• Learner grid shows number of records per page, ability to sort columns and ability to search  
• Replaced the Standard title to Programme title field on Programme Information page
