[SLAY-6361] Criteria not displayed in assessments due to Promoted plan template

Description: When promoting a Plan template from an Assessor to a Centre Template, any assessment templates or written questions linked to the tasks on the plan template don't also get promoted.

Workaround/Suggested solution: When promoting plan templates, also promote any linked assessment templates and written question banks.

Our Technology team are investigating this further and we'll keep you posted on this forum!
