RPL login migration FAQs

What’s involved with the migration?

Users logging into OneFile RPL Funding Calculator currently access a different login page to all the other OneFile products. After the migration takes place, users will be able to access RPL through the main OneFile login page, using the Keychain feature.

What’s a Keychain?

A Keychain is a password manager for all your OneFile accounts. Instead of having to remember the username and passwords for multiple accounts, you simply need to use your email address (as your username) and your password.

What if I don’t have a Keychain?

If you don’t already have a Keychain set up, when the migration takes place, you’ll receive an email from alert@onefile.co.uk. The email will contain a link to set up your account. All you need to do is click on the link and enter a password then click Register. You’ll then be able to log into your RPL account via https://login.onefile.co.uk/ using your email address and chosen password.

What do I need to do if I already have a Keychain?

If you already have a keychain, and you previously logged into RPL via the RPL login page, we’ll automatically add your RPL account to your existing Keychain. After the migration, simply log into your Keychain and your RPL account will be visible.

If the email address linked to your RPL account is different to the email address of your Keychain, please submit a ticket to our support team to get your RPL email address updated. Please include the email address of your RPL account and the email address of your Keychain.
