On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:

NEW & IMPROVED

ILR

  • Create Programme Status Filter on Learner view -  This new feature allows the user to filter the learner view via Programme Status. 
  • Create Programme Title filter on learner view -  This new feature allows the user to filter the list of learners via Programme Title. 
  • Improvement of the workflow, which means that the programme 'Learning Aim Reference' field is prepopulated with ZPROG001 and ‘Learning Aim Reference’ field is disabled if creating or editing the program aim. This avoids the possibility of setting an incorrect entry and causing extra work amending data in learner records and then needing to amend the template.
