On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio and OneFile Login, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.

Enhancements

Eportfolio

• A new break in learning report is now available on the reports page.
• A new break in learning data export is now available. 
• MIS Value has been added to the Learning Aim API endpoints. This allows the MIS value to be set when assigning a learning aim to a learner.
• The Employer dropdown on the Learners By Employer report is now displayed in alphabetical order.
• The Keychain setting menu has been updated. The separate icons and side menu have been combined into a single dropdown menu, which you can access by clicking or hovering over your name. Each option is now clearly labelled to show its purpose.

Login

• Centre Managers and User Managers can now send a Keychain user a reset password email directly from the Account page in Eportfolio. This feature will only be available if the user has verified their email address.
• When a learner is created in Eportfolio with an email address, a keychain is automatically generated, and an invitation email is sent. This invitation expires after 7 days. To manage unaccepted invites, we have introduced a feature that allows a new invite email to be sent. A new button in the Login Details section of the Account page enables the resending of the invite. This button is visible only to Centre Managers and User Managers until the learner accepts the Terms and Conditions (part of the process when accepting the Keychain invitation)
• A new ‘Log out’ option has been added to the My Account menu. This option will log the user out completely and redirect them to the Keychain Login page. Additionally, the layout of the buttons has been updated.
• Centre Managers now have the flexibility to enable MFA for groups of users, and disable it for individual users, allowing for a more staggered and controlled rollout.

Fixes

Eportfolio 

• Centre monitors cannot access the Users tab when learners have no employer set.
•  Criteria are now displayed in the correct order on the assessment page. 
•  The Learner Template Report has been updated to prevent automatic data display. Now, users must click the Submit button to load the data. 
•  Trainee Assessors cannot access the Learner Database (my reports) section on the Reports page. 
•  The Tasks Overdue By User Report is showing "deleted" tasks 
•  The Off-The-Job fields in the Learner Active Learning report are blank when the current date surpasses the learner’s anticipated completion date 
•  On the Reports page, the ‘Review for all units’ text box does not support formatting. 
•  Occasionally, the Unit Summary page displays the units out of order.
