Logging out update!

From Thursday 7th March 2024, we're making some small changes to how user accounts linked to a keychain log out. More information on logging out can be found here.

On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features and improvements:

NEW AND IMPROVED 

RPL

  •  The OnefileID, Version Number and Status is now shown on the first page of the Set Up Calculator
  •  The message to the applicant is now included in the email when an application is created
  •  The PDF file that is generated from the Application Review page has been updated to reflect the Application Summary form and now includes the Off-The-Job fields 
  •  It is now possible to record an optional comment when finalizing an application

Enrol

  • As part of the nightly export from Enrol the data is now also generated as a JSON file

FIXES

RPL

  • The message to the applicant is now included in the email when sending a skills assessment
