[TM-2037] Prepopulated fields not appearing when downloading a completed form to PDF on Enrol

Description: When downloading a completed form to PDF in Enrol, prepopulated fields are not appearing

Workaround: right click your mouse on the form, click Print and then select the Destination as PDF

Our Technology team are working on a solution and we'll keep you posted on this forum!
