On Friday Morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features and improvements:

NEW AND IMPROVED

Enrol

The Eportfolio integration has been updated to include the following fields Sex, Ethnicity & LLDD when transferring a learner from Enrol to EP
A new field has been added to the learner record called LLDD. This is a drop down list showing the ESFA values for LLDD
A new field has been added to the learner record called Ethnicity. This is a drop down list showing the ESFA values for Ethnicity
The learners status of "Completed" has been updated to make sure that the following new fields are updated before the learners record is set to complete. (Sex, Ethnicity, LLDD)
The ILR integration has been updated to include the following fields Sex, Ethnicity & LLDD when transferring a learner from Enrol to ILR
A new field has been added to the Learner Record - Sex. This is a drop down field showing the values Male and Female.

FIXES

There was an issue with the date of birth validation. This has been fixed and the learner must be 16 before the 1st September
