SLAY-6908 Error 500 when assessor links criteria to a Journal Entry

We're currently aware of some Assessor/Tutors receiving an error 500 on OneFile Learning Journal when trying to link criteria to an entry.
Learners are not impacted by this and can link criteria to entries as expected.
We are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Great news. This is planned to be resolved on Wednesday 15th February 2023.
