RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Friday, we're updating OneFile Enrol and RPL to release some fixes and enhancements. 

Fixes:

Enrol

  • There was an issue within Enrol if an invalid postcode was entered. This has now been resolved
  • There was an issue when trying to delete a learner. This has now been resolved
  • There was an issue that date fields when output in the PDF were showing in American Format. This has been fixed and they are now in UK date format

RPL

  • There was an issue with the PDF having blank sections. This has now been resolved 
  •  An issue in RPL has been resolved, where users were unable to delete a funding calculator due to a software bug. This issue has now been fixed. Users can now delete funding calculators without any errors

Enhancements: 

Enrol

  •  Tutors will now only be able to send forms to their learners from the Form Template page
  •  A flag has been added to a form to denote mandatory fields to aid users when completing forms 
  • When logged in as a tutor the list of learners displayed in the Learner page is restricted to show only their learners
  • it is now possible to assign a tutor against the leaner. The list of available tutors is based on the course of the learner
  • When logged in as a tutor the list of learners displayed in the "Review Forms" page will be restricted to only show their learners
  • It is now possible to assign an admin user to a learner
