On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.

Enhancements
Eportfolio
- When a user assigns employers for a learner, if no default is selected then they will be shown a second screen to select the default employer.
- Magic Link functionality, this new feature enables an employer to access a Review form through a direct link, eliminating the need to log into Eportfolio. The provided link, shared via email, grants direct access to the review, streamlining the signature process. This link can be sent either to an existing employer within Eportfolio or to a specific email address.
- Additional Assessors assigned to a learner are now able to see the feedback given by the employer of the review.
- The Status, Options and Overall Progress columns have been moved to before the Unit Progress columns in the Review grid.
Data Exports
- As part of the new magic link functionality, the following additional fields have been added to the Review export:
- isSignedOnBehalfOfWBR
- WBRDelegateName
- WBRDelegateEmail
- WBRDelegateRole
Fixes
Eportfolio
- Trainee Assessors cannot see the "Learner Database Report (Centre Report)" where the permissions are set to be viewed by Assessors.
- Reports set to only be accessible by Trainee Assessors cannot be accessed by Trainee Assessors
- The scorecard chart not showing data points if the end date for the date range is on the 1st of the month
