Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Software Update: Thursday 4th April 2024 7:00am - 7:30am

On Thursday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, API, Login and Events to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.  

Enhancements 

Eportfolio

  • Improvements have been made to the Learner Template Form report. The following columns have been added to the report:
    * Class
    * Placement
    * Default Assessor
    * Episode Start Date
    * Anticipated Completion Date
    * Unique Learner Number
    * Default Employer
    Additionally, an Archived Learners filter has been added.

API

  • The StartOn field has been added to the paged User Search endpoint.

Fixes 

Eportfolio 

  • Server error loading learner template form report when the form contains duplicate field names.
  • ILP cannot be imported if it includes the new LLDD fields
  • Learner unable to manage documents from the profile page when no LLDD details have been captured

API 

  • The Search User (Paged) endpoint returns an error when requesting employers or archived learners. 

 

  • The 'send' button under 'feedback & comments' in learner's assignments has disappeared. Unable to just send a comment now. I'm guessing it's related to the update as it was fine on Wednesday.
