Software Update - Tracker: Friday 2nd August 2024

This month’s update includes some data visibility enhancements focused on the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework, alongside some validation and process updates to streamline data administration.

Achieving Learners

When achieving learners the Apprenticeship Contract record will be automatically updated to reflect the Achievement Date. This minimises the need to update multiple data points across the ILR record.

Accountability Framework Dashboard

All systems will have the new Apprenticeship Accountability Framework Dashboard added by default, providing an easy-to-use tool that highlights learners at risk of negatively impacting a provider’s top-line Accountability Framework statistics.

Updated Templates

We have made improvements to the behaviour of our template system when being used for unfunded Apprenticeships. We have also added the End Point Assessment Organisation, Training Price and Assessment Price fields to the template system.

Tracker Digital Enrolment

We have improved our applicant management process by adding the ability to restore previously deleted Applicant records, as well as standardising our terminology through the process both in the Tracker interface and also the PDFs that are created following the successful sign-up of a learner.
