RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Friday, we're updating OneFile Enrol and ILR, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes. 

Enhancements

Enrol

  • The 'Request New Verification Code' button now appears without requiring an invalid code, simplifying the process of requesting a new code.

Fixes

Enrol

  • An issue has been fixed that was preventing some forms with custom workflows from appearing on the employer's dashboard and others from being completed.
  •  An issue has been fixed that caused the form reminder expiry date to be set incorrectly.
  • An issue has been fixed that prevented the review forms grid from filtering correctly when using the dropdown filters.  

ILR

  • An issue has been fixed where completed programmes were not appearing in the achievement rates report for learners who started a new programme within the same record after completing a previous one. 
  • An issue has been fixed that was causing ILRs completed in the 23/24 funding year to appear in the XML for the 24/25 funding year.


These changes aren't guaranteed to be included in this update.  Any changes to the above planned updates will be communicated in this thread!
