Software Update: Thursday 12th December 2024

On Thursday, we're updating OneFile Events and Enrol, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.  

Enhancements

Enrol

• The LLDD fields have been enhanced, allowing you to specify a learner's primary needs as well as any additional needs. These fields can be used on a form template and are stored on a leaner's record

• Logged-in admins can now edit forms that are in progress, enabling errors to be corrected. However, admins cannot submit the form on behalf of the recipient, ensuring that only the signer can complete the submission

Events

•  When the Create Learner event is sent from Enrol to EP, if the learner has completed a skills scan in RPL, this will also be sent to EP and saved as the first scorecard
• The expanded LLDD options are now included in the Create Learner event, enabling this information to be shared with EP and ILR 

RPL

• When creating a funding calculator, you can now specify the duration (in weeks) and contract hours per week. This ensures the calculated leave entitlement is displayed accurately and the minimum off-the-job hours are calculated accordingly
• Skills scan comments can now be exported from RPL
• Initial skills scan questions can now be edited when returned to an applicant 
• It is now possible to use custom rating scales in RPL. More information can be found here.
  
  

Fixes

Enrol 

• Deleted form templates now show in the filters if the form has been completed previously.

RPL

• A defect has been fixed that caused the RPL export to display the suggested TNP instead of the manually entered value

These changes aren't guaranteed to be included in this update.  Any changes to the above planned updates will be communicated in this thread!
