Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

How do I create an Enterprise User?

Overview

Enterprise Users can be activated for customers who have multiple Onefile Centres. This allows the user to report across multiple Centres from a single account. Only users with Centre Monitor accounts can be granted Enterprise access.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager

Permissions

  • Assign enterprise access

Centre Setting

  • Enterprise License must be enabled for your organisation.

Steps to Grant Enterprise User Access

To activate Enterprise access for a Centre Monitor account:

  1. Log in as a Centre Manager.
  2. Click Users in the navigation menu.
  3. Click Centre Monitors.
  4. Click the Account button for the appropriate user.
  5. Click Permissions at the top of the page.
  6. Scroll down and set Enterprise user to Grant.
  7. Click Save.

Steps to Allocate Centres to an Enterprise User

  1. Open the Centre Monitor’s account.
  2. Scroll down to the Login details section.
  3. Tick the checkbox for Enterprise user.
  4. Select the checklist of Centres you want the user to report across.
  5. Click Save.

Tips & Notes

  • Enterprise users can only be Centre Monitors — no other role type can be upgraded.
  • Ensure your organisation’s Enterprise License is enabled before assigning access.
  • Enterprise permissions allow cross‑centre reporting but not cross‑centre user management.
