Using the API to get details about the learner during the SSO process

If you have developed or are looking into developing single-sign on, using OneFile as an authentication provider, you may need to get more information about the user that is logging in, for example the Standards that they are assigned to. To do this, you will need to use an API token and call an endpoint to get the additional information about the user logging in.

The diagram below shows the single sign-on process and how the API can be used as part of that process:
