How to Perform a Centre Sync on the Onefile App

Overview

A Centre Sync ensures that your Onefile App is updated with the latest configuration changes made in the online version of Onefile. This includes updates to:


Steps to Perform a Centre Sync

Step 1: Open the Onefile App

Step 2: Tap the Cog Icon

  • Located on the homepage.
  • Step 3: Tap Sync Settings

    Step 4: Tap Select All

    • This ensures all available updates are downloaded.
  • Step 5: Tap Start Sync

    • The sync process will begin and update your device with the latest centre configuration.

  • Additional Options

    ℹ️ Important: If you have been assigned new learners, or you suspect changes have been made to a learner’s portfolio, you will also need to perform a Learner Sync to update learner‑specific information.


    Troubleshooting

    IssueSolution
    Sync does not update correctlyCheck your internet connection and try the sync again.
    Changes still not showingPerform a Learner Sync in addition to the Centre Sync.

    ✅ Tip: Make Centre Sync part of your routine each time you open the App to avoid missing important configuration updates.
