Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Create a Review on the Eportfolio App

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

Overview

Assessors and Trainee Assessors can create, start and complete reviews directly from the Onefile Eportfolio App. The app automatically saves progress as you move through each section.

Steps to Create a Review

  1. Tap the Reviews icon.
  2. Tap the + button (bottom‑right corner).
  3. Select Create blank review.
  4. Select the Learner’s Name.
  5. Enter the required Review Details.
  6. Tap Create Review.
  7. Choose one of the following:
    • Start Review – begin completing the review now.
    • Schedule and Continue Later – save the review to complete at a later time.

Completing the Review

  • Open the review and use the Next button to move through each page.
  • The app automatically saves all updated fields each time you navigate forward.

Important Notes

  • Recommendation: Perform a Centre Sync each time you use the app to ensure all information is fully up to date.
  • Only reviews created on the app or synced from the web version will be visible in the Review list.
