Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

Access and Manage Reviews in the Eportfolio App (Assessor Role)

  Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

⚠️Important

Remember to always complete a sync of your learners each day to ensure the most up to date information is available.

How to Access Reviews

Once logged into the Eportfolio App:

  1. Tap the Reviews icon on the home screen.
  2. You will see three tabs:
  • Pending – Reviews that have been started but not yet completed.
  • Scheduled – Reviews that are planned but have not yet started.
  • Sync Ready – Reviews that are signed or awaiting finalization via the online platform.

To open a pending review or start a scheduled one, tap the learner’s name under the relevant tab.

⚠️Important: Deleting Data

To avoid data loss:

  • Do not delete any review from the live system that has been edited in the app.
  • Only delete reviews if you have been explicitly advised to do so by Onefile Support.

⚠️ Can't see the review?

If the review isn’t visible in the app after completing a download sync, it’s possible you weren’t assigned as the assessor when the review was scheduled. Please ask your Centre Manager to check the Visits report to confirm.
