Important
⚠️ Always complete a Centre Sync and Learner Sync each day to ensure you have the most up‑to‑date learner data on the app.
How to Access Reviews
Once logged into the Eportfolio App:
- Tap the Reviews icon on the home screen.
- You will see three tabs:
- Pending – Reviews that have been started but not yet completed.
- Scheduled – Reviews that are planned but not started.
- Sync Ready – Reviews that are signed or waiting to be finalised online.
- To open or start a review, tap the learner’s name under the relevant tab.
Deleting Data
⚠️ Important: To avoid losing data, do not delete any review from the live system if it has been edited on the app.
- Only delete a review if explicitly instructed by Onefile Support.
Can’t See the Review?
If the review is not visible in the app after completing a download sync:
- You may not be assigned as the assessor when the review was scheduled.
- Please ask your Centre Manager to check the Visits Report to confirm assessor assignment.
Tips & Notes
- Perform regular syncs to avoid missing or outdated review information.
- Pending and Scheduled reviews reflect only the learners currently assigned to you.
- A stable internet connection improves syncing reliability.
