Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Using the Learning Journal as a Tutor

Tutors/Assessors can access their learners Learning Journal by going to their learners portfolio and clicking on Learning Journal.

Provide feedback
  1. Click Give some feedback to support their learning
  2. Add your comments into the Type your reflection here text box
  3. Click Create

Leave the Title, Category, Date, Time and Duration fields empty.

Provide feedback and link to criteria/activity
  1. Click Give some feedback to support their learning
  2. Add your comments into the Type your reflection here text box
  3. Click Criteria and link the criteria
  4. Click Link Activity and link the activity
  5. Click Create

Leave the Title, Category, Date, Time and Duration fields empty.

Create a full journal entry for the learner
  1. Click Give some feedback to support their learning
  2. Enter the title, select the category, date, time and duration
  3. Add your comments into the Type your reflection here text box
  4. Click Criteria and link the criteria
  5. Click Link Activity and link the activity
  6. Click Create
Add comments to an existing entry
  1. Click Give some feedback to support their learning
  2. Select the same date, time and duration of the existing entry
  3. When the "Oops" popup message appears, select the duplicate entry and then click Continue
  4. Add your comments into the Type your reflection here text box
  5. Click Criteria, if appropriate
  6. Click Create
