User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
Your learners will not be able to mark an entry as off-the-job if the following centre setting is turned off:
Centre Setting
Record time spent "Off-the-job"
This setting can be enabled by following the steps below:
- Click Centre in the navigation menu
- Click Settings
- Ensure the Use Timesheets setting is also enabled
- Tick Record time spent "Off-the-job"
- Click Save
