Overview
You can search for and add Apprenticeship Standards to your organisation so they can be used when creating Funding Calculators, assigning applicants, and managing programme delivery.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Client Owner
- Finance Admin
Steps to Search For and Add a Standard
- Click Manage Standards in the navigation menu.
- Click Add a new standard.
- Use the search bar to search for the standard by its title.
- Select the correct standard from the list.
- Click Add standard.
If you're unable to find the correct standard, please contact Onefile Support.
Tips & Notes
- Ensure you enter the full or partial name of the standard for more accurate results.
- Recently released standards may take time to appear—contact support if needed.
