Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Upload evidence from Eportfolio app

Overview

Learners, Assessors, and Trainee Assessors can upload evidence directly to Onefile Eportfolio using the mobile app. This guide explains how to upload files and where they will appear in the learner’s portfolio.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor
  • Learner

Steps

How to Upload Evidence

Assessors

  1. Log into the Onefile Eportfolio App.
  2. Tap My Learners.
  3. Select the learner.
  4. Tap Evidence.
  5. Press and hold the file you wish to upload.
  6. Tap Upload.

Learners

  1. Log into the Onefile Eportfolio App.
  2. Tap Evidence.
  3. Press and hold the file you want to upload.
  4. Tap Upload.

Important Notes

  • All uploaded evidence will appear under the Camera icon in the learner’s portfolio.
  • To upload multiple files:
    • Press and hold each file to select multiple items.
    • Tap the bottom-right icon, then select Upload.
  • Ensure files are correctly saved on your device before uploading.
