On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Why Haven’t My Certificates Arrived?

If you’ve completed your qualification on Onefile but haven’t received your certificates, this article explains what to do next.

ℹ️Important Notes

OneFile is a software platform used by training providers to manage learning and assessment. We do not issue certificates directly. 

What You Should Do

If your qualification is complete but you haven’t received your certificate:

➡️ Contact your Training Provider directly.
They are responsible for managing the certification process and will be able to provide updates or support.
