The Gap Analysis is an area within a learners portfolio that details the requirements and current status of each piece of criteria the learner is working towards.
User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- All users with access to the learner portfolio
To access a learners Gap Analysis follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Learner portfolio
- Click Progress tab
- Click Gap Analysis
- Select Filters
- Click Apply
- Click Expand to view criteria within the unit
The key at the top of the page will help with identify progress made against specific pieces of criteria.
In addition to this the number of boxes located within the column named Progress, displays the number of assessments that are required to include the criteria.
It's possible to create an Assessment Plan tasks directly from the Gap Analysis, more information can be found here.
