Import ILR data from other ILR software

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin
  • Financial Admin
  • Assessor

To import your ILR data from other ILR software, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Admin from left hand navigation bar
  2. On Import Learners tile click View
  3. Import file
  4. Click Import Learners

The imported records can then be seen within the Learners section with the Record status set to Imported
