Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Assign an Assessment Plan Template to a Learner

Overview

Assessment Plan Templates allow Assessors to quickly assign pre‑built plans to individual learners or groups. This helps standardise planning, save time, and ensure consistent structure across classes and cohorts.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

How to Assign an Assessment Plan Template

  1. Scroll to Forms & Templates on your homepage.
  2. Click Assessment Plan Templates.
  3. Search for the Assessment Plan Template you want to assign.
  4. Click Assign to Learner(s).
  5. Select the Class.
  6. Select the Learners.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and sign the template.
  8. Click Assign.
