If you receive the above error when running a learner through the FIS within OneFile ILR, we advise following the steps below:
- Log into to ILR
- Click Learners
- Search for learner
- Click on Learner
- Click Learning Delivery
- Click Edit details on the Programme aim
- Click End Point Assessment
- Update the Outcome grade to an ESFA approved code
