The National Insurance number must be returned for this learner

If you receive the above error when running a learner through the FIS within OneFile ILR, we advise following the steps below:

Log into to ILR
Click Learners
Search for learner
Click on Learner record
Add learners National Insurance number

The Learning aim reference is not valid in the LARS database for this Funding model for this teaching year
The Achievement date must be 7 days after the Learning actual end date
The Outcome grade is not a valid code
There must be a Date applies to that matches the achievement date for this aim
The Apprenticeship contract type must be returned for this learning aim
The apprenticeship financial record date must not be more than one year before the start of the apprenticeship programme
The Date applies from must be after the Learning start date
The aim must have an Apprenticeship contract type in the first day
The Learning planned end date must not be before the Learning start date
